The project is developed in two phases, one of them acting on existing works. The building complex is formed by three-store low-rise buildings, and a central ovoid shaped building situated between the low buildings. The lowest volumes are connected by walkways with landscaped courtyards between them.

The outer main façade is designed combining original shading elements to provide the building complex with a homogeneous appearance.

It is a traditional curtain wall system between the slabs, composed of special extruded aluminum mullion and transoms with lacquer finish.

Self-supporting elements made of polyester resin reinforced with fiberglass with an inner metallic shell, to obtain solar protection as well as the aesthetic of the building the architects were looking for.
