Ph.D Jesús M. Cerezo  (ENAR’s Head Director & Principal Architect) has been designated in 2006 as a member representing of the “Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat” in Madrid, an international forum for the future of architecture, focusing mainly on high-rise buildings and sustainability
