Housing complex located in the PAU of Las Tablas, made by a very enclosed outside space, opening to the courtyard of each block. The bottom of the building is covered by perforated panels for the ventilation and lighting of the parking. The main volume is cut at different heights.

Blind facade of precast concrete fixed to the edge of the slabs, with rock wool insulation to avoid thermal bridges, and finished with plasterboard panels at the inside. There are some light balconies consisted of a lower metallic base and a laminated glass hand railing. Aluminum thermally broken frame and low-E glazing.

The interior blind façade has a rendering finish on brickwork wall. Aluminum thermally broken frame and low-E glazing.  Free-standing boxes hung on the facade, made of metallic structure with a deployé aluminum sheet cladding to allow ventilation and hide the clotheslines.
